Abstract: Many free radicals are generates in the human body due to metabolic processes and in order to counteract the harmful effects of these antioxidants, human body has a complex system of natural enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant defenses or mechanisms. These free radicals are mainly responsible for generation of different types of diseases and disorders.
