A Blind Handover Technique for the Intelligent Transportation Network

Abstract: Abstract. In order to solve the problem of frequent handoff in intelligent transportation networks, a novel blind handover technique is proposed. The technology is based on the vehicle moving route reported by the vehicle navigation system, generating the target cell database and handover trigger location database.
