A binary plasmid system for shuffling combinatorial antibody libraries.

Abstract: We have used a binary system of repliconcompatible plasmids to test the potential for promiscuous recombination of heavy and light chains within sets of human Fab fragments isolated from combinatorial antibody libraries.
