In order to solve the problems of extensive management, the construction stage often faces the extension of construction period, excessive cost, and large amount of carbon emission and this paper proposes a multiobjective optimization management method of construction engineering based on ant colony algorithm. Firstly, taking the installation process of laminated plate components as an example, this paper combs the construction process and the consumption types of labor, materials, machinery, or equipment in each process in detail. Then, combined with the idea of multiobjective optimization, the multiobjective optimization mathematical model of construction process is constructed, and the construction data obtained from field investigation are summarized and analyzed to obtain the cost, construction period, and carbon emission of each process under different execution modes. The experimental results show that the ant colony algorithm is used to find the comprehensive optimal process execution mode combination of “cost duration carbon emission.” After optimization, the installation cost of laminated plate components is reduced by 1.55%, the construction period is reduced by 3.52%, and the carbon emission is reduced by 7.36%. The feasibility and rationality of multiobjective optimization in this paper are verified by experiments, which can effectively guide the optimization management of construction process.

In order to take a scientific risk control strategy to reduce the safety risk of construction projects, a construction safety risk decision-making method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. Through the analysis of prefabricated building construction safety risk factors, the combination of the Markov Chain and Bayesian networks method was used to estimate the probability of risk factors. The relationship between the various risk factors was described by conditional probability, and a safety risk loss-control investment double objective optimization model was built. The corresponding algorithm was designed and the R language programming was used to solve the problem. The experimental results showed that by taking a high degree of control over the risk factors of the investment strategy, when the constraint cost was RMB 200,000, the global optimal risk loss and the global optimal control cost were RMB 1,400,500 and 19,600, respectively. When the constraint cost was 280,000 yuan, the global optimal risk loss and global optimal control cost were 1.046 million yuan and 278.5 million yuan, respectively. When the constraint cost was 320,000 yuan, the global optimal risk loss and global optimal control cost were 910,100 yuan and 317,300, yuan respectively. It was concluded that, considering the risk correlation optimization model, a reasonable allocation strategy was adopted, combined with the actual situation, which performed a promoting function in improving the assembly building construction safety risk decision-making.

In order to solve the problems in practical application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an innovative tool and production method, the author proposes a method for simulating modern buildings using the Ecotect software. This method establishes a digital BIM parametric model, the digital information technology is directly applied to the whole life cycle of the construction project, and then the effectiveness of the method is verified by examples. The result obtained is as follows: The authors’ method is designed with the assumption that Construct III is below the standard limit throughout the year, in order to meet the requirements of energy-saving design; it is recommended to change the type of external window in the engineering design scheme and make the energy consumption of buildings meet the requirements of energy-saving standards. The method proposed by the author saves about 20% of the construction cost compared with the traditional method. It is proved that the author’s method can make architectural designers correctly understand the feasibility and applicability of the Ecotect software in building energy conservation and promote BIM technology and software; BIM technology can be widely used in engineering projects, allowing architects to select the right and suitable software for various energy conservation simulations and build energy-saving building solutions.
