Abstract:This paper discusses the design of a three-channel driverheceiver chip. The electrical characteristics of the new chip meet the requirements for one class of a standard interface. The chip features differential current-mode drivers and differential receivers, and is designed in a 6 GHz/l.O p m BiFET process.
