The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been the object of study by the academic world in recent years, however, despite the large number of published works, there are still many gaps in its conceptualization and the implications it has on business management. In this sense, despite the great interdisciplinarity of the concept, a large part of academic production is focused on the field of business, something that has limited the construction of new research perspectives which will allow to continue expanding in knowledge. The objective of this work is to provide evidence of the scientific production developed in the field of CSR that serves as a basis for researchers in making strategic decisions about the orientation of their work, taking into account new perspectives based on the impact generated by the publications in the different research areas. For this, a search of existing publications on the Web of Science (WoS) was carried out. The analysis of the results was developed through the use of the InCites citation analysis tool, which made it possible to evaluate the productivity and performance of the research developed. The results show the existence of research areas with low productivity in the topic under study, but with a high impact of their publications. It is concluded that publication in these research areas should be a priority for researchers, who, by directing their work toward them, might open up new research perspectives and continue to delve into the concept.

Background and Objective: Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine (CMPB) is a leading international journal that presents developments about computing methods and their application in biomedical research. The journal published its first issue in 1970. In 2020, the journal celebrates the 50th anniversary. Motivated by this event, this article presents a bibliometric analysis of the publications of the journal during this period (1970-2017). Methods: The objective is to identify the leading trends occurring in the journal by analysing the most cited papers, keywords, authors, institutions and countries. For doing so, the study uses the Web of Science Core Collection database. Additionally, the work presents a graphical mapping of the bibliographic information by using the visualization of similarities (VOS) viewer software. This is done to analyze bibliographic coupling, co-citation and co-occurrence of keywords. Results: CMPB is identified as a leading and core journal for biomedical researchers. The journal is strongly connected to IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering and IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging. Paper from Wang, Jacques, Zheng (published in 1995) is its most cited document. The top author in this journal is James Geoffrey Chase and the top contributing institution is Uppsala U (Sweden). Most of the papers in CMPB are from the USA followed by the UK and Italy. China and Taiwan are the only Asian countries to appear in the top 10 publishing in CMPB. A keyword co-occurrences analysis revealed strong co-occurrences for classification, picture archiving and communication system (PACS), heart rate variability, survival analysis and simulation. Keywords analysis for the last decade revealed that machine learning for a variety of healthcare problems (including image processing and analysis) dominated other research fields in CMPB. Conclusions: It can be concluded that CMPB is a world-renowned publication outlet for biomedical researchers which has been growing in a number of publications since 1970. The analysis also conclude that the journal is very international with publications from all over the world although today European countries are the most productive ones.

Este artículo realiza un estudio bibliométrico a través de la base de datos Web of Science (WoS) para conocer el estado del arte de las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 14001. Para ello, se hace una búsqueda de publicaciones, desde el año de publicación de cada una de las normas hasta 2018. La principal contribución de este trabajo es aportar una visión sobre las líneas de investigación desarrolladas hasta la fecha, analizando los países, las instituciones, los autores más productivos, así como las principales revistas científicas que publican en la materia. Se han identificado 3 líneas principales de investigación para la ISO 9001 afines con su compresión y beneficios, su integración con otros sistemas de gestión, y su relación el desempeño financiero de las empresas. Por su parte en el caso de la ISO 14001 destacan 4 líneas de investigación asociadas a su relación con el desempeño financiero y el desarrollo sostenible, su integración con otros sistemas de gestión, y su asociación con otros sistemas de gestión ambiental, como EMAS. De la revisión efectuada, se pone de manifiesto la necesidad de profundizar en temáticas que hasta el momento no han recibido la atención suficiente por parte de los investigadores, como la rápida expansión de las certificaciones en países emergentes impuesta directa e indirectamente por los países desarrollados, las dificultades en el proceso de adopción de las normas y la percepción sobre la implantación y certificación de los sistemas de gestión ISO por parte de diferentes grupos de interés, entre otros.
