Abstract:OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate a rapid bedside test that detects alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and insulin-like growth factor–binding protein 1 (IGFBP-1) to identify the presence of embryonic or fetal tissue in vaginal blood.
