A balloon‐assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection using long colonoscope and guidewire

Abstract: Balloon‐assisted endoscopy enables stable endoscopic maneuverability. Balloon‐assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection (BA‐ESD) is useful in the treatment of proximal colorectal tumors where scope maneuverability is poor.
