A Ball in the Door: An Obstructing Endobronchial Solitary Fibrous Tumor

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Solitary fibrous tumors (SFT) are rare fibroblastic mesenchymal neoplasms that commonly arise in the thoracic cavity. They account for less than 2% of all soft tissue tumors.
