Abstract:Yonkenafil hydrochloride, a novel synthetic phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, is a promising drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The repeated-dose toxicity of yonkenafil hydrochloride was assessed in male and female beagle dogs.
