A 61-Year-Old Woman With Insidious Dyspnea and Diffuse Cystic Lung Disease

Abstract: A 61-year-old woman, an ex-smoker with a 10 pack year smoking history, was referred to our clinic for the evaluation of insidious dyspnea and diffuse, bilateral infiltrates on a chest radiograph. She reported that she had been experiencing dyspnea on exertion and dry cough for the past 1.5 years. She denied fevers, chills, hemoptysis, or weight loss.
