A 6-year retrospective review of histopathological pattern of surgical biopsies in children with refractory constipation in a Tertiary Hospital in Ghana

Abstract: Background: Children with chronic constipation dating to infancy frequently undergo rectal biopsy in order to rule out Hirschsprung's disease (HD) which is a common cause of this sort of presentation.
