Abstract:<sec><title>BACKGROUND</title>Isoniazid (INH, H) resistance is the most common drug-resistant TB pattern, with treatment success rates lower than those in drug-susceptible TB. The WHO recommends a 6-month regimen of rifampicin (RIF, R), ethambutol (EMB, E), pyrazinamide
