A-0334The para-metacarpal ulnar flap: an interesting flap with multiple potential in hand reconstruction

Abstract: collateral artery of the fifth finger. These anastomoses are located on the ulnar border proximally and distally to the MCP joint of the fifth finger. This retrograde flap covers all the defects of the fifth finger, the first phalanx of the fourth finger and the MCP joints of the long digits.
