Abstract: Unmethylated CpG motifs frequently appear in bacterial DNA and induce immune responses through Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR 9) pathway. Noble class of suppressive oligodeoxynucleotide (suppressive ODN) inhibits the immune activation by CpG DNAs.
