Abstract:The present study was designed to investigate the cardioprotective effect of Arbutin (ARB) against isoproterenol (ISO) induced myocardial infarction (MI) in rats by studying cardiac and hepatic markers, antioxidant defense system, lipid peroxidation products and histopathological changes.
