Abstract: The current study aimed to evaluate the role and gene target of miR-126 in Iraqi patients with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and atherosclerosis (AS). By coverage average age (35 to 65) years old of both genders, a total of 40 patients with CAD and 40 healthy people as a control group were enrolled in this clinical study.
