Abstract:Aluminium based surface composites were fabricated by TIG arc process. B 4 C mirco and nano particles were filled separately on the grooves of Aluminum substrate and modified the surfaces with different TIG arc speeds. The modified composite surface was characterized by optical microscope, Scanning Electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.
