Abstract

Work From Home is the system chosen by the government in 2020 due to the spread of the Corona virus, with this system it is hoped that it can maintain social distancing, namely reducing people's mobility, maintaining physical distance, and reducing crowds so that it is expected to reduce the risk of corona virus transmission and employee safety. The WFH system has high flexibility, this is to support employee balance between work and life. This work system that changes to WFH in a fast period of time makes workers experience stressful conditions such as feelings of anxiety or prolonged worry, especially when they live under one roof with many people. In implementing WFH, workers need a comfortable and quiet workplace to help focus on work, although currently various activities such as studying and working are carried out from home, ergonomics is still important and cannot be ruled out. Apart from ergonomics, it is also necessary to pay attention to the layout or layout of a good work facility by considering comfort, security and movement so as to provide safety and security for the people who work in it. This study uses an analytical method through a qualitative approach, in this way it is expected to find out the effect of what things can cause stress for workers due to WFH, especially in terms of the interior and its effect on work effectiveness.
