Abstract: Introduction: ITP is an autoimmune cytopenia common in adults. The hemorrhagic risk may involve a vital prognosis.Its management is still poorly codified.We studied the diagnostic characteristics of ITP and evaluated its therapeutic management and its evolutionary profile in adults.
