Abstract: BACKGROUNDIn addition to hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), and postprandial glucose (PPG) levels, it is recommended to take glycemic variability into consideration for an assessment of the glycemic control of patients with type 2 diabetes.
