98. Pylorus-Atresie. Ein Diagnoseproblem in seiner Prognose?

Abstract: Summary. The report deals with three children with pyloric atresia. The anamnesis shows a very flatulent upper abdomen, vomiting, and hydramnios. Most important in treatment is to remove the obstruction by pyloroplasty with pyloromembrane removal, gastrojejunostomy. Mortality is very high but could be reduced by an early diagnosis. Suction of amniotic fluid from the stomach during the first hour after birth as well as the early X-ray diagnosis are of great importance for prognosis.
