Abstract:Cox hazards models were employed to control for potential confounders. RESULTS: Crude rates of total respiratory hospitalizations were found to be significantly higher in the CD as compared to the VD group (OR¼1.238; 95%CI, 1.06-1.43, p¼0.006; Table). The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed significantly higher cumulative hospitalization rates in the CD group as compared to the VD group (log rank p 0.001; Figure). Using a Cox proportional hazards model, adjusted for birthweight, preeclampsia, diabetes, smoking,… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
