916 The association between preterm birth and ultrasound visualization of the cervical gland area

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Preterm birth (PTB) is a leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality. Yet, transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) cervical length (CL) screening suboptimally predicts spontaneous PTB (SPTB).
