7‐Step Flow Synthesis of the HIV Integrase Inhibitor Dolutegravir

Abstract: Dolutegravir (DTG), an important active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) used in combination therapyf or the treatment of HIV,has been synthesized in continuous flow.
