Abstract: Pacemaker therapy is applied as a temporary means with external batteries or as a permanent one after implantation of an electronic device. The temporary pacemaker is indicated in emergency cases like Stokes-Adams attack, acute cardiac arrest, and reversible severe bradycardia.
