60-GHz third-order on-chip bandpass filter using GaAs pHEMT technology

Abstract: A 60-GHz third-order on-chip bandpass filter (BPF) based on half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) cavity is synthesized using GaAs pHEMT technology. Two coupling slots are etched to divide the HMSIW cavity into three resonators, and then a third-order Chebyshev BPF is designed with predicted transmission zero, return loss and bandwidth through the synthesis method. The theoretical and extracted external quality factor and coupling coefficients are used to determine the dimensions of the BPF. For dem… Show more

“…The objective is to minimize operating and construction costs of RSs and the blackout cost caused by system outages against natural disasters. It is assumed that there is a smart platform [24][25][26] to coordinate network elements with its operator. This platform is based on Telecommunications equipment [27][28][29].…”

“…If the web portal information is long, the number of features n of the web portal information will be large, and the process of the web portal information retrieval will become extremely complex. erefore, we need to select the main features to represent the web portal information, and reduce the feature dimension of the web portal information [27,28]. In the process of retrieval, the evaluation function is usually used to select the features of the web portal information.…”
