6.1.4 Multi‐Method synergies empower complex capability development

Abstract: DSTO conducted a capability development exploratory activity for the Philippine Coast Watch South initiative. The purpose was to help the participants to understand, analyse and evaluate their user requirements and the current status of their capability design.
