Abstract:SummaryThe multiuser precoding procedures standardized by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for new radio (NR) represent a new opportunity to realize satellite precoding for capacity improvement, given the integration of non‐terrestrial networks in the 3GPP framework.
