Abstract: Background: Anti-FcεRIa and anti-IgE antibodies have recognized to be related with autoimmune chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). The in vivo autologous serum skin test (ASST) is widely used to detect autoreactivity in autoimmune CSU, but its meaning is controversial.
