Abstract: Abstract. Chemotherapy constitutes one of the chief supplementary methods in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) and cisplatin are classic chemotherapeutic drugs that have been widely used for NPC treatment.
