Abstract: TWA-MAP was uncommon and not protective. The blood pressure threshold that had the strongest association with good neurological outcome was a TWA-MAP >70 mmHg ). Conclusions: We found that higher post-resuscitation arterial pressure was associated with good neurological outcome, primarily due to a threshold effect at >70 mmHg.
