Abstract

Learning Objectives: ATP-binding cassette and solute carrying transporters play a role in drug pharmacokinetics and are associated with outcomes following traumatic brain injury (TBI), but the impact of TBI on transporter expression in the brain is poorly understood. We used next generation gene expression analysis to comprehensively evaluate the magnitude and timing of expression changes in an experimental model of pediatric TBI. Hypothesis: mRNA expression is decreased
