Abstract:Esophageal liposarcoma is a very rare pedunculated tumor of esophagus. It may cause progressive dysphagia due to mass effect and sudden death due to tumor suffocation. Surgical resection is challenging due to peduncle usually located at the superior esophageal sphincter region. We introduce a novel approach method that can transect the tumor peduncle safe and easy.
