46.4: Compact Stereoscopic Augmented Reality Goggle with Single Display Panel

Abstract

A light path for stereoscopic near eye display utilizing single display panel has been proposed and embedded in an existing snow goggle for AR display function with its original form factor and ID design intact. The prototype demonstrates sufficient quality to display numbers or symbols for data information or guiding.
