Abstract: Mast cells (MCs) are crucial cells in the development of various types of diseases, including allergy, atopic dermatitis and hair disorders. Corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) plays a central role in the stress response by regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.
