“…It is well documented that voriconazole can cause LFT abnormalities . The incidence of drug‐related hepatotoxicity (11–100%) has been reported in earlier studies in the LTx setting . The current study noted 16.1% of patients with drug‐related hepatotoxicity; however, the causality is not definitive, as these patients were receiving concomitant medications that can also increase the liver enzyme levels.…”
