Abstract: Our retrospective study of 85 palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) patients suggested the association with oral focal infection including dental infection and tonsillitis. To demonstrate oral dysbiosis in PPP, we analyzed the salivary microbiome of 12 patients (pts) and 10 healthy controls (HCs) by sequencing of 16S rRNA gene.
