41‐4: Exploration of Critical Performance Metrics in AMOLED Pixel Circuits Using an all AOS 2T1C as a Foundation

Abstract

This paper discusses critical performance metrics wit hin active matrix pixel circuits that occur between acti vation stages (i.e. between programming and emission ). It uses an all amorphous oxide semiconductor (AO S) 2T1C (2‐transistor, 1‐capacitor) pixel circuit to dem onstrate kickback voltage, charge sharing, and charge rejection through simulation and experimentation.
