Abstract: Aim To assess the effects of 4-phenyl butyric acid (PBA) on oxidative stress, inflammation, liver histology, endoplasmic (ER) reticulum stress, and the expression levels of ATP-binding cassette transporter family members in a hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (IR) model.
