This document presents t h e 384 Power House Sampling and AnalysisPlan. The Plan describes sampling methods, locations, frequency, analytes, and stream descriptions. The e f f l u e n t streams from 384, were characterixed in 1989, i n support o f t h e Stream S p e c i f i c Report (WHC-EP-0342, Addendum 1).
