379. Multivariate GWAS revealed a critical region on chromosome 4 for developmental and feather growth traits in ducks

Abstract: Aim of this study was to discover the genetic variants for average daily gain (ADG), body weight (BW) and primary feather length (PRF) traits in Pekin ducks. Using 1215 ducks and 45 k autosomal SNPs, multivariate and univariate genome-wide association analyses were performed.
