Longitudinal typing of molecular HIV clusters in a statewide epidemic

Abstract: Background: HIV molecular epidemiology is increasingly integrated into public health prevention. We conducted cluster typing to enhance characterization of a densely sampled statewide epidemic towards informing public health.
