Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The widespread use of Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEi), especially lisinopril, and their association with colorectal cancer (CRC) has been studied with mixed results. Data suggest angiotensin II inhibition may decrease CRC risk.
