Emergent salvage surgery for massive hemoptysis after proton beam therapy for lung cancer: a case report

Abstract: Background Salvage surgery is an effective therapeutic option for patients experiencing relapses after chemoradiotherapy for advanced-stage lung cancer or after high-dose radiotherapy for early-stage lung cancer.
