Abstract: Introduction: As an immunosuppressive cell, myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) has been reported to play a positive role in kidney transplantation. ATF/cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding (CREB), as a transcription factor, has been reported in macrophages with PGE2 addition.
