Abstract:Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) secondary to a monoclonal gammopathy is a rare glomerular disease and is defined as a monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance. The disease is characterized by glomerular monotypic immunoglobulin deposits and specific changes on light microscopy and electron microscopy.
