Abstract:Abstract2D black phosphorus (b‐P) possesses several remarkable properties, including ambipolar transport, high carrier mobility, in‐plane anisotropy, polarization sensitivity, a narrow direct bandgap that can be tuned with the number of layers, and highly compatible with silicon‐based technologies.
