Abstract: Background/AimsThis study tested the hypothesis that prolonged low-dose cyclophosphamide (CTX) treatment after pulse therapy attenuate paraquat (PQ)-induced lung injury in rats.MethodsPQ (25 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally to induce PQ-intoxicated rat model.
