Endovascular treatment of acute aortic isthmian ruptures: case study

Abstract: Traumatic rupture of the aortic isthmus is a rare lesion occurring in patients subjected to violent deceleration. Because of the forces involved, it is frequently associated with concomitant life-threatening injuries.
